2022 PHYSICIAN OF THE YEAR
Each year, Dysautonomia International recognizes a physician who has gone above and beyond for patients living with autonomic nervous system disorders. The Dysautonomia International 2022 Physician of the Year Award will be presented during our 10th Annual Conference held this summer.
To nominate your physician, please send a nomination letter of 1000 words or less to conference@dysautonomiainternational.org by May 1, 2022. Please include the following information:
1. Your Name, Address, Email & Phone (if you are under 18, please provide contact info for a parent too)
2. Your Physician's Name, Office Address, Office Phone & Email (if you know it)
3. Explain what your physician has done to go above and beyond for you and those with autonomic nervous system disorders.
If your nomination letter is selected as the winning nomination, you will be offered the opportunity to join us in presenting the award to your physician at the awards ceremony held during our annual conference.
All individuals who submitted a nomination will be notified once the winning nomination letter is selected. We estimate this will be on or before June 1.
